Located in Kommetjie, Cape Town, Fin Whale Beach House is able to accommodate eight guests. Kommetjie is close to Long beach mall, a number of restaurants and Imhoff Farm, with its converted farm buildings providing a bakery, tea garden, craft shops, art studios and cheese dairy.

Self Catering Accommodation

Fin Whale Beach House is a self catering holiday home furnished with four en-suite bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a King-size bed, a small private balcony and the en-suite bathroom has a toilet, basin and a walk-in shower and a stone bath. The second and third bedrooms each have Queen-size beds and the en-suite bathrooms have a shower, toilet and a basin. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and the en-suite bathroom has a bath, toilet and a basin. Each bedroom is provided with ample cupboard space, bed linen, bathroom towels and electric blankets.

The spacious, open plan living area allows for guests to relax on the comfortable furniture. There is an indoor fireplace to keep guests warm on those cold winter nights. There is a wall-mounted, flat-screen Smart TV with DStv and an eight seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals.

The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and consists of a stove, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, oven, toaster, tea / coffee making facilities and a double door fridge / freezer. In front of the kitchen is a day bed with an indoor fireplace.

Guests have access to the saltwater pool through the sliding doors via the living area. There is also a bar area and undercover verandah.

Warm friendly reception. Such an amazing spot as it is close to beach, but private as well as quiet. It was such a relaxing experience. We will definately go back again. Highly recommended even if you do have kids.
