Glen Beach Villa One is situated directly above Glen Beach, with spectacular views over the Atlantic. Situated 200m from Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, with our local world class shops, restaurants, bars and theatre all within walking distance.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Villa accommodates 10 guests in five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedrooms contains two single beds and a shares a bathroom (with a toilet and a shower) with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom makes use of two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and a basin. The fifth bedroom comprises of a Queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. There is also a guest toilet.

The generously sized, open-plan living area, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, has the kitchen flowing into the dining area and on to the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convection microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and includes seating for a casual breakfast. The dining area has seating for guests to enjoy their meals. The lounge comes with a large leather couch, fireplace and an LCD TV with satellite channels.

The lounge accesses a large marble patio that features a gas BBQ and outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and savour the fresh sea air and views of the ocean. Laundry facilities comprise of a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Glen Beach Villa 1 can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bedrooms which have an en-suite bathroom, while the other 2 share a separate bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The unit has a timber deck overlooking the ocean, and there is a gas braai available on the balcony. Garage parking is available for 2. Main bedroom with king size bed en-suite, bath, shower, toilet, bidet. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (shower and toilet) shared. Bedroom 3 with Queen-size bed (shower and toilet) shared with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds, en-suite, with shower, bath and toilet.
