Villa Capensis offers an elegant escape in Noordhoek, Cape Town, set at the top of Willow Street. The property is embraced by Milkwood trees on the lower level and opens to sweeping valley views from the upper floor. Self-Catering Accommodation
This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four tastefully decorated bedrooms. Three of the rooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth is fitted with a queen-size bed. The main suite is designed with a full bathroom that includes both a bath and shower, and the remaining en-suites are equipped with showers. Guests are provided with crisp linen, bath towels, and swimming towels for their stay.
The open-plan living and dining area forms the centrepiece of the villa. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and tea and coffee facilities flows into a stylish lounge and dining space. A Smart TV with selected DStv channels, a sound system, a fireplace, and complimentary Wi-Fi add to the comfort, while underfloor heating and air-conditioning ensure the home is perfectly suited for every season.
Glass doors open from the living area onto a terrace designed for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a bar counter and built-in braai. Guests can enjoy the plunge pool, unwind on the furnished patio, or take advantage of the refreshing outdoor shower. Secure on-site parking is also available.

This deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damages are found and the property is left in good order. Guests are kindly requested to look after the property with care and leave it in the same condition as it was found.
Smoking is not permitted indoors, and guests are asked to respect quiet hours after 22:00.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is limited to the number of guests booked.
No pets are permitted.
Parties, weddings, or similar events are not allowed.
On arrival, guests are required to present identification documents or passports, as well as sign an indemnity form. Where a credit card has been used for payment, the cardholder must be present at check-in and provide both the credit card and proof of identification.
