About Emerald Chic
Emerald Chic is a contemporary self-catering holiday home in Cape Town, set against the slopes of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. With panoramic views stretching across Noordhoek Beach and the surrounding mountains, it is an inviting retreat where families and friends can relax in both comfort and style.
Self-Catering Accommodation
The house accommodates up to six guests in three well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and a private bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed with its own shower, toilet, and basin, while the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin. A separate guest toilet is also available for convenience. Bed linen and bath towels are included to ensure a comfortable stay.
The open-plan living area combines a welcoming lounge, a dining space, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for self-catering, including a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Guests can also enjoy Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in select bedrooms, a fireplace, and a selection of board games.
Glass sliding doors open onto a spacious wraparound veranda, where outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a built-in braai encourage relaxed living. A fire pit adds to the charm, providing the perfect setting for evenings beneath the stars. Secure parking is available in both the driveway and garage.
