About Braeside Loft

Braeside Loft offers accommodation in Green Point Village on the North facing slope of Signal Hill and close to the center of Cape Town. Whilst very different in size and style, the fully furnished and equipped luxury apartment can sleep up to four guests with a flexible configuration. This apartment shares an entrance lobby with Braeside Apartment and can also be easily combined to accommodate parties of up to eight guests.

Self Catering Accommodation

Braeside Loft is a self catering holiday apartment located on the second floor and features a double bedroom with ocean views that can be configured with either twin beds or a King-size bed. There is also a ‘drop down' Queen-size bed (not a sleeper couch) in the living area. The compact bathroom makes use of a separate bath, shower area and under-floor heating. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for self catering and includes a stove, oven, toaster, fridge / freezer, microwave, tea / coffee making facilities, dishwasher and a small breakfast counter with seating.

There is a six seater dining table for guests to enjoy their meals. The living area is comfortably furnished and consists of a flat-screen TV with DStv. There is a walk-in dressing room off the living area.

Outside there is a balcony with ‘al fresco' dining for four guests. Guests are able to make use of the off-street parking.
