The Drydock Food Company finds its inspiration in its location overlooking a yacht basin, in the Knysna Waterfront Quays. With a nautical themed space as a backdrop, the restaurant is all wood and glass, with terraces stretching out towards the yachts bobbing on the water.

The Drydock Food Company is the perfect vantage point from which to appreciate the beauty of the Knysna Waterfront from, as well as offering an impressively extensive menu of luxurious dishes, made from superior ingredients.

Start with fresh Knysna oysters, prepared various ways; or try their fresh West Coast mussels prepared in a delectable sauce. For mains, the expertly prepared seafood dishes are appealing, such as the linefish layered with avocado, rocket, aubergine, orange segments and smoked salmon trout, through to succulent calamari. Meat dishes are equally impressive, with tender Kassler chops, ostrich and springbok fillet on offer, amongst others.

This is alfresco dining at its best, from noon until late. Enjoy sipping on a cocktail while you watch the sun set, and the evening lights twinkle on the water.
