Spanning three thoughtfully designed levels, this villa provides a variety of living and entertainment areas, perfect for relaxing and appreciating the surrounding beauty.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area that seamlessly flows onto a stylishly furnished, covered patio with a splash pool overlooking the indigenous fynbos. This level also includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a Queen-sized bed and with a modern en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the pool deck, offering convenient access to the outdoor space.

The first floor boasts spacious and luxurious open-plan living areas, including a TV lounge, kitchen, and dining area, all connected to a generously sized balcony ideal for alfresco dining. Retractable glass doors flood the space with natural light and frame the stunning views. Two additional en-suite bedrooms are located on this level, one of which opens onto a private patio with captivating sea views. Both these bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms.

On the top floor is the fifth bedroom with a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and leads out onto a patio. The sixth bedroom, which is the master bedroom, is also on this level. It has a gorgeous en-suite bathroom, a cosy wood burning fireplace and glass sliding doors leading out to a balcony overlooking the forest and fynbos. This bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed.

This exceptional villa is impeccably equipped with high-end features, including a lift, a pizza oven, and a jacuzzi. Keurbooms Beach offers an unspoiled expanse of shoreline, perfect for long walks or quiet relaxation.
