Pucketty Farm Stall, up a short dirt road before you reach Underberg, sells a variety of preserves, rusks, wholesome homemade bread, clothing and gifts. Also check out the art gallery of works by local artists!

Pucketty Farm was begun about 16 years ago on beautiful smallholding on the outskirts of Underberg village in the Drakensberg. It all started when Serena Shaw (owner, artist and legend in her own right) began selling loaves of hot farm bread from her back door!

The Farm and Farm Stall have been through various metamorphoses, and now comprises the Farmhouse, Farm Stall, Art Gallery (recently adopted by the Southern Drakensberg Artists' Society) legendary self-service Picnic Spot/Tea Garden, and the Pucketty Farm Animals.

Pucketty Farm Stall is best known for its fresh farm bread, carrot cake, our homemade mango yoghurt, superior chilli relish, butterscoth sauce, pucketty pickles and of course our amazing apricot jam. Julie's delectable chocolate brownies have helped to put Underberg, and particularly Pucketty Farm, on the map!!

On a hot day, visitors can indulge in homemade browni ice cream, peanut butter ice cream or even creamy vanilla ice cream made with real vanilla pods. Home-made ginger beer and lemon cordial is a must on a summer's day, and Serena's quiches are just right for a summer lunch.

Serena's creative flair shows in her quiches, and in the naming of them, too! Yummy descriptions like 'Roasted Butternut and Sticky Onion Quiche' and 'Crispy Bacon and Asparagus with Blue Cheese' or even 'Smoked Chicken, Sweetcorn and Sweet Chilli Sauce' conjure up pictures of the most delightful summer lunches or suppers.
