The Nest Hotel is a simply delightful mountain resort hotel set amidst magnificent mountain scenery located in the Central Drakensberg. The Nest offers you the opportunity to experience a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

ACCOMMODATION

All rooms are neatly appointed, cozy and comfortable with an en-suite bathroom, under floor heating, tea / coffee station, bed linen, bathroom towels and complimentary toiletries. Only selected rooms have air conditioning as the rest have ceiling fans.

Mountain View:
Rooms with private verandas facing magnificent panoramic views of the Drakensberg – suitable for families and couples.

Garden Rondavels:
Your own cosy cottage set in our tranquil gardens - suitable for a couple or a single person.

Premier Garden Rondavels:
Same as the Garden Rondavels but have recently been refurbished.

Please note that only selected rooms have TV's.

DINING ROOM AND BAR

We are one of the few resort hotels left which serves cuisine a 'la Table d'hôte. We serve three carefully selected meals, full hearty breakfasts, light lunches and six course dinners as well as morning and afternoon tea on our verandah. We have a rustic bar adjacent to our dining room.

FUNCTIONS AND EVENTS

The Nest's 90 seater conference centre with the surrounding warmth of the high windows along with the breath-taking view, makes home to many successful conferences, gala and themed dinners, year-end functions and small weddings. The Nest also offers the ideal venue for school groups, family gatherings and reunions.

Three championship bowling greens, two tennis courts, croquet lawn, volley ball, table tennis, billiards / pool, darts, children's playground, satellite TV lounge, mini library, variety of indoor games for adults and children and a secured swimming pool area.
