The Atlantic Seaboard is one of Cape Town's premier tourist spots, thanks to the massive variety of attractions, hotels, apartments, guesthouses, and B&B’s here. There are many ways to explore this vibrant part of the Mother City, but a scenic flight over its buzz is fairly hard to beat for the ultimate adventure in South Arica.

This scenic flight with NAC starts at the V&A Waterfront, which is one of the top tourist attractions in Africa. From here, passengers will be flown along the magnificent coastline; flanked by the city and its mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. Head to Green Point, which is always abuzz with locals and tourists, and see the impressive design of the stadium that was specifically built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ and continues to host some of the city’s most exciting events. From Green Point, you can glance across the ocean and spot the historically poignant Robben Island, which is where prominent political prisoners like Nelson Mandela and Jacob Zuma were incarcerated.

Then, head to Sea Point, where the streets are lined with trendy restaurants and shops. The promenade here is frequented by runners, walkers, roller-bladers, and moms with prams; all of whom will scarcely notice you soaring overhead. Next on your flight itinerary are the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, the awesome Twelve Apostles Mountain Range, the spectacular Llandudno beach and, finally, the charming harbour village of Hout Bay. From this little village, you will spot Seal Island and, on a good day, some whales frolicking in the waters below.

Then, head back to the Waterfront for some world-class shopping or sundowners against the backdrop of Table Mountain.
