Enjoy dining at Mosaic

This restaurant is “brushed in contemporary cool, touched with classic elegance”, and its calibre is shown as it is by appointment only. Located in the mountainside splendour of Alon Farm Mosaic boasts organically home grown vegetables and herbs as well as “fusion cuisine flavoured with slow cooking methods and delicate reduction sauces”. With their legendary lamb shanks, prawn tempura, warm squid salad, biltong soup, curries and fillets on their menu you are promised a taste sensation.

“The interior is light and airy, and features mosaics throughout, with incredibly beautiful sand-glass chandeliers overhead.” Its service is both slick and mature with waitrons from the local community giving it that extra level of quality. This venue lends itself to sundowners on the deck and sitting back and overlooking some of the “best forest views in our country”... need we say more?
