Rates quoted are per person per night and include breakfast and dinner. (Half board = HB)

3 minimum nights stay for Kruger from the 2nd to 5th April 2010.
* Requests for children to have a separate room will be charged at full adult rates - 1st child at single rates and 2nd and / or 3rd child at children’s rates above.

Make a Booking

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

1. No reservation will be made unless written confirmation is received. Confirmed reservations will be considered provisional for 7 days. During this period a pre-established deposit applicable per unit, needs to be made to guarantee the booking.
2. After the 7 days provisional hold and in case the deposit policy is not adhered to, the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. All reservations will be considered as a provisional status until a deposit is received.
3. Proof of payment for all bookings must be e-mailed or faxed to the Pestana booking office, clearly showing the property, reservation number, guest name and agency name.
4. Pestana Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel ANY reservations without notice should the pre-payment or deposit policy not be adhered to.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. In case of a no-show, a 1 night’s charge will be billed to the credit card or the pre payment retained per the deposit policy.
2. Individual reservations if part of, or the entire reservation is cancelled; a. 48 hours prior to arrival = no cancellation charges will apply. b. less than 48 hours prior to arrival = A one night charge will be levied against the total value invoiced:

Group reservations if part of, or the entire reservation is cancelled; a. 60 days prior to arrival = no cancellation charges will apply. b. less than 60 days prior to arrival = cancellation fees below will be charged against the total value invoiced: 59 - 30 days prior to arrival: 50% 29 - 20 days prior to arrival: 75% Less than 20 days prior to arrival: 100%.
