The Eastern Cape bushveld provides magnificent landscapes for those who love the outdoors. The JBay Bike Park is ideally located just outside the surfing Mecca of Jeffrey’s Bay, only half an hour’s drive from Port Elizabeth in Nelson Mandela Bay.

This is a mountain biking park that boasts a number of trails; catering to the needs and abilities of riders of all levels. In fact, some of the trails are perfect for hiking or walking too, not necessitating visitors to climb on a bicycle. The trails offer spectacular views, whether they are being enjoyed on the bicycle or on foot.

The JBay Bike Park is also ideal for corporate groups or teams of friends and family. This makes for a unique adventure that is both manageable and exhilarating for all involved. In fact, the park offers tailored team-building activities for corporate groups, and has good quality bicycles available for hire for those who do not own their own bikes, making the entire experience as easy and accessible as possible.

Children will enjoy the trails, as well as the trampoline and play area on offer. This allows parents to relax and enjoy the pretty surrounds while the little ones play in safety. These facilities also make the JBay Bike Park a fabulous venue for children’s parties.

The park is open every day during the daylight hours, but closes when the weather is wet. Children under 12 years enter for free, while others pay R40 each. No bookings are required.
