The Sparrows Nest is a two bedroom beachfront cottage with magnificent unobstructed sea-views in Aston Bay, Jeffreys Bay. Wake up to stunning sunrises and fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Come relax and enjoy peace and tranquillity. The pristine beach is just steps away.

Self Catering Accommodation

The Sparrows Nest is a self catering holiday cottage offering accommodation in Jeffreys Bay. The exclusive use holiday cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a double shower and washing machine. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two three quarter beds.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, microwave, countertop oven with two plates, cutlery and crockery. Tea / coffee, ironing facilities and hairdryer are provided. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a dining table. There is a flat screen TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi.

The house has braai facilities and secure onsite parking. We have a generator in case of power failure/emergencies.

Attractions

The property is within walking distance of Paradise Beach, voted by CNN travel as one of the best beaches in the world and it is possible to walk to the lagoon nearby that has Flamingos at certain times of the year. Also, nearby, you can enjoy a sunset boat cruise on the canals at Marina Martinique which has a lovely bistro available for meals.

Supertubes is considered one of the best right-hand breaks in the world and offers world class surfing. It is possible to have surfing lessons. Nearby you can enjoy fishing, cycling, kite surfing, sand boarding, hiking in nature reserves, gym, bowls, golf, tennis, horse riding, deep sea fishing, sky diving and more. Jbay has a lively night life with many pubs / restaurants, some of which have live music at certain times.

Wow, what a fantastic place - the best place to stay when visiting J Bay is Aston Bay. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts Peggy and Lionel and we felt at home right from the start. The cottage is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, the cottage is well equipped with everything you will need when on holiday. The view is absolutely breath taking and waking up to that view every day was fantastic – what a way to start the day. It is truly a home away from home – this is one of the places we will definitely go back to. Thank you Peggy and Lionel for your friendly hospitality.
