First Avenue Guesthouse is located in the exclusive beachfront suburb of Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth and is the perfect destination. The four-star graded accommodation is elegant and comfortable with each well-appointed room opening onto the swimming pool and beautiful secluded garden.

Accommodation

Each room has its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom with secure off-street parking and all-night security is also provided to ensure the safety of our guests and their belongings.

All the guest rooms benefit from attractive, comfortable furnishings and dècor and bed options range from King Size to Twin Singles. All rooms are non-smoking and have Television with DSTV (hotel package), Fan, Heater and complimentary tea/coffee facilities.

Mini kitchenette including toaster, kettle, microwave, under-counter fridge, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Safe, Hairdryer, linen and towels are found in all rooms.

Additional Facilities
