Taaibos is a self catering cottage located at Bergrivier Eco Retreat. Renew mind, body and soul in the most tranquil settings nature can offer. Situated on the world-famous Baviaanskloof Route and close to the hamlets of Loerie, Hankey and Patensie, this beautiful farm has been home to the Williams family for the past 150 years.

Self Catering Accommodation

Taaibos can sleep six guests and enjoys spectacular views over the hills and valleys. The main bedroom is furnished with two single beds which can be converted to a King-size bed and there are bunk beds in the living area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The air conditioned unit has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, tea / coffee facilities and a fridge. There is a sitting area, patio and braai facilities. Facilities include fans and free Wi-Fi (at the farmhouse).

Activities and Attractions

The farm is situated in the scenic Gamtoos Valley where rivers, waterfalls and rolling hills abound. It is a nature-lovers paradise. Activities include hiking, bird watching, stargazing, visiting the African Dawn Bird Sanctuary, enjoying time at the Jeffreys Bay Bike Park, surfing at J-Bay and horse riding at Papiesfontein.
