Tucked away along the Eastern Cape bush, 3040 On Freshwater offers peaceful self catering accommodation. Our property surrounds a beautiful Milkwood tree garden that is filled with a variety of indigenous birds. It is only a short walk away from the beach and a quick drive to beautiful rivers.

Self Catering Accommodation

We have a number of different units for you to choose from. Each one differs in style and space, from a bachelor unit to a five bedroom house. Every unit is equipped with its own private braai and chill area to optimize your relaxation time. We offer safe parking areas (except for the Milkwood House) and a daily unit servicing on demand.

Rusty Hook:
Rusty Hook is a fully equipped two bedroom fisherman cottage with an open plan lounge and kitchen. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the second room has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath-shower.

The Fat Gecko:
The Fat Gecko is a one bedroom open plan lounge and kitchen with a separate bathroom (shower only). There is a sleeper couch in the lounge area for a third person. This unit has a private braai and a self catering kitchen with a two plate stove.

Starfish:
This one bedroom cottage is equally great for couples, small families with a child and even for an added individual adult extra as it also sleeps three.

Gecko Cove:
This cottage is privately located, surrounded by lush trees. Its shady surroundings are perfect for those hot summer days and there is a small private pool.

Milkwood House:
This is a beautiful five bedroom house which includes two bathrooms. It overlooks the garden and is fantastic for large families or groups away on holidays. It sleeps a maximum of 10 adults, plus two children.
