About Wicker Woods Restaurant

“We pride ourselves on offering outstanding service, a relaxed atmosphere and a wonderful eating experience” says Joel, the proprietor at Wicker Woods, which is based in an atmospheric old house, offering freshly inspired dishes daily on a chalkboard menu. Clearly infused with passion, the carefully curated dishes on offer at Wicker Woods burst with flavour.

Begin with delicious Italian-inspired starters, such as artichokes, aubergine, carpaccio, mozzarella balls and cured meats or a warm starter of salmon Latke or Teriyaki prawns. Try a unique pizza or pasta for mains, or a memorable entrée, such as the lamb shank, lamb knuckle curry, Norwegian salmon or butterflied king prawns.

We were bowled over by the incredible dessert menu, which offers a spectacular finish to the Wicker Woods dining experience:

Crème brûlée, Deep-fried Lindt balls - a decadent trilogy of deep-fried Lindt with Amarula custard, Chocolate spring rolls - two golden spring rolls of mixed nuts, chocolate, Nachtmusik and honey with a vanilla cream dipping sauce, or a Lindt chocolate brownie. If those don’t tickle your fancy, try their Tiramisu or Pavlova - meringue filled with sugared cream, topped with fresh berries and a drizzling of honey.
