About Herold Wines
Herold Wines is bounded on three sides by a nature reserve, making the estate remote and magnificent. The vines are at a higher altiude than many other South African vineyards. Come and taste wines in a completely relaxed area.
The tasting area is found inbetween barrels and tanks in the working cellar. So you're able to view the wine making process as it is happening or watch as some of the ladies label bottles. You'll feel at home here as the staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
You can also stop for a quick bite to eat or cup of tea when your stomach starts to grumble or why not enjoy a picnic?
