Accommodation
Each suite has a private entrance easily accessible from the garden and is beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, a lounge and a separate dressing area. Bed linen is 100% cotton and both goose feather and down and anti-allergic sponge pillows are supplied, together with bath sheets and toiletries.
The bathrooms are luxurious and very unique. Large corner baths and very large showers which have the most beautiful floors adorned with river pebbles from the area. All ceramics and faucets are of continental design and origin.
Facilities
Karoo Lodge suites are all equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, drinking glasses, ice-bucket, cold water flasks, a mini bar fridge (unstocked), ceiling fans, clock radios, 3 and 2 point electric sockets (220/30 AC), hairdryers and satellite TV's. Some rooms are fitted with split unit airconditioning (no extra charge).
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast at the Karoo Lodge is simply a mouth-watering experience not to be missed. Prepared by your gourmet chef, George will whip up an authentic Karoo breakfast for those intrepid visitors with large appetites. Guests wanting a lighter breakfast may select from seasonal Sunrise Breakfast selection.
Delectable dinners, with an emphasis on Karoo Lamb, Ostrich and Game Meat are served on request or take a stroll into town and enjoy true Karoo style cuisine at the many little eateries in town.

Our stay at Karro Lodge was the third and we really enjoyed it this time also. The service was very good and the breakfast also. Next time in SA we stay stay here again.

Karoo Lodge is situated in the middle of the village and therefore very convenient for all places in Prince Albert. It is well appointed with good sized rooms and all the facilities you would expect from a quality B&B; very friendly service is provided by the owners. Food is excellent; our choice of ostrich was the best cooked and tasted in many a year, as was the following brandy pudding. We will recommend this location to all our friends!
