Nyala Cottage is located at Welverdiend Private Game Reserve in Laingsburg. There is no TV or Wi-Fi, here you come to connect with your family and friends, play board or card games, enjoying the bliss of the untouched nature.

Self Catering Accommodation

Nyala Cottage has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. A baby bath, on a stand, fits perfectly into the shower with makes bathing a baby a huge pleasure.

The kitchen has a small gas oven and stove. All cutlery and crockery as needed are in the cottage and even plastic plates, cups, and bowls for the little ones. There is a full fridge with freezer compartment. The living room has a comfortable corner couch.

We are fully off the grid so no irritating loadshedding.

The cottage has an enclosed small garden with a lovely huge fireplace to make bonfires and have a lovely braai.

Also, at the cottage we have a wood fired hot tub which is fantastic during winter and in the summer, it can be used to cool down. The view from the cottage is breath-taking with wild animals roaming around the cottage from time to time.

Parking is under cover at the cottage.

Activities

One can do self-drive with a 4x4 but must stay on the designated roads. You can bring your mountain bike. Pack in your walking shoes to go hiking. You may also bring your quad bike with stock standard pipe for guided drives. Enjoy a sunrise or sunset game drive with a drink and a snack at extra cost.
