About Peglarae Trail

Step it up with the very scenic 5.5km Peglarae Trail. Starting at the entrance to the Kgaswane Mountain reserve this day trail is a fantastic hike taking you around the ridges of the reserve.

Follow the clearly marked yellow tags and be sure to pick up a booklet at reception detailing good spots to admire the view and many interesting facts. Be sure to take your camera along as there is a lot to see here and if you are lucky may spy sables, other buck and even zebras.

The trail should take you around 2-3 hours to complete. Do take caution as some areas are steep and there may be loose rocks.
