Cradle Boutique Function Venue offers a selection of options to suit your Cradle of Humankind conference needs. The luxury venue is also the ideal place for a spectacular wedding setting. The Cradle Boutique Hotel with this charming venue is situated a mere 9 kilometres from Lanseria International Airport on the Cradle Nature Reserve, which encompasses 7,000 hectares of Highveld bush.

Conference Venues

Out Stone Room has a variety of setups and can seat between 45 and 160 delegates. Out Motsetse Board room can be set up in three ways to suit a group of 18 to 60 delegates. The Pavilion which is a stand alone building separate from the hotel extends our service offering to larger corporate events and is usable as a boardroom, conference centre and open-plan event venue.

Weddings

An authentic African Bushveld backdrop merges beautifully with the modern, open-plan design of the function venues, creating the impression of an outdoor setting. We have four venues to choose from, the Cradle Restaurant; the Motsetse Cellar (situated in the main building), The Pavilion (slightly apart from the hotel reception area) and The Glade (a picturesque picnic area next to the Motsetse Stream).

Pre-reception drinks and snacks are presented to guests in your chosen venue while your photographs may be taken in any of the locations around the Hotel.

For your wedding reception, you may choose from four exceptionally unique venues, keeping in mind that your choice will largely dependent on the size of your wedding party.
