About Bar Bar Black Sheep Restaurant
Bar Bar Black Sheep Restaurant, Riebeek Kasteel is an easy 45min drive North West from Cape Town on the N7. Rustic, slow-cooked country fare with fresh seasonal ingredients, such as Courgettes freshly picked with their flowers, lightly battered and deep fried and served with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil and parmesan cheese. Wine is supplied by the Wine Kollektive next door, specializing in excellent wines from the area.
We are proud to be able to say that most of our plated vegetables are grown on the premisses and harvested fresh each morning and afternoon. Everything else is sourced locally and to the season. This means only the very best comes into our kitchen (at no extra charge to the environment) and the quality and freshness of what goes out is sure to satisfy and delight!
