DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

In order to secure a booking we ask that you make a deposit of 50% of the accommodation charges to our bank account. Alternatively you may provide us with your credit card details which will not be used unless you cancel the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation fees are 25% (minimum R50) of the full accommodation charge if notice is received at least 7 days before arrival date. Less than 7 days notice will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the accommodation charge. If you cancel on day of check-in or subsequent to check-in you will be liable for 100% of the accommodation charge.
