A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking and full payment before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival - 10% administration fee
Cancellation between one month and two weeks prior to arrival - full 50% deposit
Cancellation less than two weeks prior to arrival – the full amount of your stay

children policy

Regret no children under age of 12. Younger children are accommodated by special arrangement and a breakage deposit will apply.
