Mykonos Taverna first opened in the early 80's and was owner run by Peter Peroglou and after 19 years Mykonos has re-opened its doors, now run by Peter's son, Dimitri. Mykonos has always been filled to the brim with atmosphere, promising authentic Greek food, made from traditional recipes.
Dimitri has continued to serve excellent authentic Greek foods such as signature dishes, for example Peter's Kleftiko Lamb, which constists of slow cooked lamb shank served with an option of roast potatoes, vegetables or a fresh Greek salad, and the ever- popular Calamari Dish consisting of Patagonian tubes which are lightly grilled or fried to a crispy golden texture and served with an option of roast potatoes, vegetables or a fresh Greek salad. But beware: the food is so delicious it has been known to induce belly-laughter, dancing and even plate-breaking!
