GaBoLi Chocolates (Bettys Bay)
Belgium chocolate lovers can find GaBoLi hand-made Belgium chocolates at the wine village in Hermanus, the Salt of the Earth coffee shop and at Dassiesfontein along the N2.
These delicious chocolates are hand-crafted by Gaspard Bossut from Betty’s Bay who was taught by a world-renown chocolatier who happen to visit Betty’s Bay whilst holidaying in South Africa.
You can sample Gaspard’s mouth-watering cornettos, slabs, pralines and truffles in some of his exotic flavours such as Biltong, Blue cheese and Himalayan salt along with the wide variety of traditional flavours. You can even try the diabetic truffles which come in dark and milk chocolate.
