Dine at Agulhas Country Lodge

The friendly staff at Agulhas Country Lodge are very service orientated and take great pride in preparing gourmet country style dinners which are served in the romantic candlelit Restaurant. The menu varies daily and is complimented with a selection of South African wines. The wine list features the southernmost and newest wine region in the country, right on our doorstep - in the Elim / Bredasdorp / Napier region of the Overberg.

Fresh fish and seafood bought daily at the nearby harbour in Struisbaai are a specialty and the emphasis of the food is to serve delicious, honest and local fare, prepared with the freshest ingredients. The restaurant also serves traditional South African cuisine with a modern twist and local organic venison and pork feature regularly. Tables are elegant, decked out in white linen, Carrol Boyes cutlery and cut glass crystal but the atmosphere is relaxed, with fires blazing in winter to add to the romantic atmosphere.
