Anna Emm Drama Academy opened its doors in 2009 with a branch in Durbanville and a branch in Paarl!. It is the vision of this drama school to teach students, young and old, how to use the stage as a medium of communication and help them to express themselves through it.
Anna Emm Productions is well known for its popular children’s theatre productions. Since 2006 we have been bringing a series of colourful stories to life on stage! As with all our other stories, these stories and characters are all new and original. The “Prinse en Prinsesse” children’s theatre productions are all stories about different children – each a real prince of princess – who, in spite of their royalty, experience the world like any other child. Children in the audience can identify with a little prince who is afraid of the dark, or a little princess who watches too much television. Through the eyes of these beloved heroes, we meet strange characters like the Ugly Orange, Tante Spinasie (Auntie Spinach) and the mean Suur Suzie (Sour Suzie) who is allergic to love – really!
