About Aan De Doorns
Johan Morkel is the man behind this successful wine as he plays the role of cellar master and winemaker at Aan de Doorns.
With wine making tradition that all began in 1955, this cellar has grown to be one of the largest in Worcester. Aan de Doorns’ vineyards are scattered over 1200 hectares over 24 farms in the areas of Aan de Doorns, Overhex, Eilandia and Scherpenheuvel. The cellar has been known to be innovative with their wine making and partners with the First Cape group, a well known UK brand. Their following wines have been placed in the 2013 Best Value Guide; Aan De Doorns Muscat D’Alexandrie 2010, Aan De Doorns Chenin Blanc 2012, Aan De Doorns Pinotage 2011 and Aan De Doorns Rooi Muskadel 2011.
