Bergsicht Ixia Town Cottage is a semi-detached, duplex town cottage (attached to Disa cottage) that sleeps up to four guests. The main bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the second upstairs loft bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All beds have quality linen and electric blankets. There is one bathroom on the ground floor fitted with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. Bath towels are provided. The open plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and features an oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery for four people. There is also a charming living room with a flat-screen TV with selected satellite channels available. Wi-Fi is available. Enjoy the custom feature industrial steel staircase with handrail which leads to the upstairs level with beautiful wooden floors. A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings except bookings with an arrival date within 10 days of making the booking then 100% deposit is required.

One-night bookings are to be paid in full upon booking.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 0% of the deposit.
