The main house has two bedrooms, one furnished with a King-size bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and basin and the other with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is a large kitchen with an oven, fridge and plenty of utensils, crockery and pots. The living area has a built in braai and leads onto the covered back veranda with table and chairs. The front veranda is also covered and leads to the swimming pool. The Annex is a two sleeper unit with a shower and kitchenette. Front and back outside areas, part of a farmhouse. The annex is furnished with a King-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. The annex has access to the swimming pool and braai facilities from the front veranda.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
