The Annex is a two sleeper unit with a shower and kitchenette. Front and back outside areas, part of a farmhouse. The annex is furnished with a King-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. The annex has access to the swimming pool and braai facilities from the front veranda.

Grootfontein Farm House with Annex

The main house has two bedrooms, one furnished with a King-size bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and basin and the other with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. There is a large kitchen with an oven, fridge and plenty of utensils, crockery and pots. The living area has a built in braai and leads onto the covered back veranda with table and chairs. The front veranda is also covered and leads to the swimming pool. The Annex is a two sleeper unit with a shower and kitchenette. Front and back outside areas, part of a farmhouse.
