Ellefsen 138 provides self-catering accommodation for four guests in the secure Ellefsen Golf Estate which boasts an 18-hole Gary Player Design's Black Knight golf course.

The apartment is well suited for a family holiday and is within walking distance of the restaurant, clubhouse, children’s play area and the communal swimming pool. Guests have access to tennis courts, a driving range, golf lessons, bowls, a gym as well as running and cycling trails. The beach is approximately 2km from the Estate.

Ellefsen 138, located on the first floor of the block, consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, basin and toilet.

The open plan living area is fully tiled and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and includes a fridge, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble-dryer. There is also a small table to enjoy meals at. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a couch, TV with DStv and Wi-Fi.
