About Seemansrust
Set in the West Coast town of Langebaan, Seemansrust is a comfortable and cosy single storey beach house located on the main beach. The holiday home in Langebaan is walking distance from central Langebaan with all the wonderful shops and restaurants; this is probably one of the best locations in Langebaan!
Self Catering Accommodation
Seemansrust provides accommodation in Langebaan for nine guests, is comprised of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. These two rooms share a bathroom which is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom, which is furnished with three single beds also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Towels are provided.
The house has a spacious, tiled kitchen which is well equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is ample counter and storage space. The living area opens to a large, thatched enclosed stoep which is comfortably furnished and has a large dining table for guests to enjoy meals at. There is also a TV with DStv, Wi-Fi, fireplace and indoor built-in braai facilities. The house has an enclosed garden and a lovely large lawn.
Activities and Attractions
The popular town of Langebaan is just over 100km from the closest accommodation in Cape Town on the West Coast off the R27 next to Langebaan Lagoon. The white Caribbean-like beaches surrounding the crystal clear waters of the lagoon is one of the main attractions of Langebaan, a town well-known for its water sports.
The town has a golf course, tennis courts, a bowling green and a yacht club. Attractions include the West Coast National Park which boasts a variety of fauna and flora, the West Coast Fossil Park and windsurfing or kayaking on the lagoon.

ConditionsThe following are not allowed at the property:
Any commercial activity, events, 21st birthday party etc.
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21 year olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.
All facilities are used at guests' own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
