Ellefsen 115 provides self-catering accommodation for four guests within the secure Ellefsen Golf Estate which boasts an 18-hole Gary Player Design's Black Knight golf course.

The apartment is well suited for a family holiday and is within walking distance of the restaurant, clubhouse, children's play area and the communal swimming pool. Guests have access to tennis courts, a driving range, golf lessons, bowls, a gym as well as running and cycling trails.

Self Catering Accommodation

Ellefsen 115 is a first-floor apartment which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a separate bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Linen and bath towels are provided but guests need to bring their own swimming towels.

The tiled, well laid out open-plan living area consists of a kitchen which is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the four-seater dining table and guests can relax in the comfortably furnished lounge which has a TV with DStv. The living area opens onto a private balcony with built-in braai facilities and outdoor furniture.

Secure parking is provided in the garage and a parking bay which are assigned to this unit.
