About Running and Hiking the Cape
As well as all the cycling activities on offer at Cycle the Cape, we also offer various runs and walks around the Cape. Being a sub 3 hour marathon runner we can facilitate a wide range of distances and terrains for most athletes running over some of the most spectacular scenery in the world - this could be road, beach, mountain or even grass track sessions.
The hikes and walks available in the national parks also offer some of the best scenery and stunning viewpoints to be had with varying degrees of difficulty for the individual. The iconic Table Mountain paths are amongst the most popular and are a fantastic way to end your holiday in style; come along and give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Please contact us to discuss your options today and get ready for some of the most beautiful and scenic runs or walks of your life. We can either meet at your place and plan a route from there or alternatively come over to the Southern Peninsular to take in some of the best walks and runs on offer here.
