Activities
Boulders Beach with its unique African Penguin colony is nearby. A boardwalk takes tourists to Foxy Beach where one can swim with the penguins. During Whale Season (June to November) Southern Right Whales can be seen from both the shore. Boats also depart from the jetty if you want to get a closer look!
A secure train service operates from Simons Town to Cape Town central. The mountains directly above the apartment are part of the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and offer many enjoyable hiking trails through the unique Fynbos.

Great location. House fully furnished with quality bedding, large cable TV with several channels available for free. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, laundry and clothes dryer. The view from the windows and balconies is impressive. Good showers in all bathrooms, hot water always available and strong, The cleaning also deserved attention. We found everything properly cleaned. The cleaning lady deserved our thanks. Very quiet and quiet place, covered and private parking

The views from this property is immaculate - 180 degree sea view. The house is situated in a very quiet part of Simon's Town. This is the second time we made use of the Penthouse. The owner Sandy, as well as the agent Grant were very helpful, making sure we are settled in on time and giving us a good holiday home. Simon's Town can be a bit windy some days - maybe the only thing I do not like a lot. However, if you are on holiday, the idea is to ultimately take time out of a busy work schedule. So irrespective of the weather, the stay was absolutely nice.
