About Buzbey's Grill
The Buzbey Grill is a landmark along the Atlantic Seaboard – a ‘living’ legend. One of the oldest restaurants in Cape Town, the grill has been run by hands-on Chef-Patron Jimmy Kyritsis for more than twenty years.
The Buzbey Grill is strongly supported by regulars, many of whom have been enjoying the legendary steaks there for years. A study in retro ambiance, the décor and the music will transport you to another time, while you savour a famous Buzbey steak.
The Buzbey doesn’t just make the best steaks in town; they have also perfected a few other dishes too. Their calamari will melt in your mouth – and the creamy mussels are a must-try. But their steaks are the shining stars of the show, and you’ll feel compelled to return for many more. Jimmy’s philosophy of restaurants needing a passionate and involved owner can be seen and felt in action at the grill.
If you’re after one of the best steaks you will ever have, head to The Buzbey, plain and simple.
