The Indlondlo Cultural Village is in Cato Ridge, a town that is just 40 minutes from the centre of Durban. This homestead of Indlondlo Zulu dancers is open to tourists and local communities and is all about promoting peace and unity. They also perform traditional song and dance routines for weddings, corporate events, cultural celebrations, parties and exchange programmes. Performances include traditional Zulu dances, Zulu songs, drumming and stage play. They are intriguing and deeply touching to watch; the vocals and rhythm becoming part of you in an unforgettably personal way.

The Indlondlo Village also offers indigenous games and stick fighting demonstrations, interactive beadwork and craft demonstrations, and the opportunity to meet with Zulu folk that love to share insights on their culture. This goes a long way in creating a sense of love and acceptance.

There are braai and picnic spots at the village, so families can make a day of this Zulu adventure. Cultural tours can be arranged for tourist groups and students and visitors have the opportunity to do daily work with members of the Zulu village. The Indlondlo Cultural Village was established in 2010 by Msizeni Mngadi and has, since then, flourished into a multi-faceted attraction for the whole family.
