Feel the power of gravity now where the power of electricity stood before. Free fall into a town that has arisen. The decommissioned cooling towers in Soweto were originally built for Orlando Power Station, the most sophisticated facility in the Southern Hemisphere in its time. Now the surface of South Africa's largest mural and site of the world's first power swing between two cooling towers. Power station turns power swing.
Soweto (South Western Townships) is 21 townships wide and a major South African tourist attraction. The cooling towers are 33 storeys high and a major South African adrenalin attraction. These towers once grey with South Africa's history now stand painted brightly in South African pride.

You will be harnessed by a guide where electricity was harnessed before and then lifted in an open-air elevator to a height of 97m. A floating staircase will take you to the final 3m to the 100m viewing deck with 360º views across the horizon. You can view and return the way you came or.... step onto the jump platform on the rim of the tower where Jump masters will instruct you. You can either descend the drop into the cooling tower or if you decide to have vertical velocity rev your adrenalin levels, you can swing between the towers.
Take a deep breath you're going to need it for the scream in the 40m free fall between the two towers. The swing has a pendulum power whooshing you back and forth over the views until you return stationary above the ground for release, forever changed, forever thrilled.
