Glenvista Golf Course, Vorster Avenue, Glenvista, Johannesburg / The Glenvista golf course boasts 18 superb bent grass greens built to United States Golf Association standards. Five dams, four of which come into play on this course, and a perennial stream ensure that there is an abundance of water hazards on the course. About 400 indigenous trees have been planted recently.

It is a real delight to play, as it has a number of interesting holes. It is easy to pass a verdict stating that this is a club which is truly worth visiting.

Dave Whitield, an institution at the club, has been resident professional at Glenvista for more than 15 years. An enthusiastic organiser of club competitions, he can always find a spot for visitors.
