From the Visitor Information Centre, accredited by Cape Town Tourism, below Entrance 10 to the dedicated Tourism Shuttle, Canal Walk prides itself on its superior standards of service.

With over 400 speciality stores to tempt you, including fashion, homeware, gifts, jewellery, shoes, leather ware, music, arts and more, Canal Walk offers a comprehensive shopping experience in Cape Town all under one roof.

Canal Walk is also home to a mix of more than 30 restaurants, cafés and coffee shops, serving a range of menus. Canal Walk is home to 17 Nu Metro cinemas and plays host to a variety of exhibitions, many of which are centre wide. Some examples are the Canal Walk Bridal Fair, The Property & Home Expo and the Canal Walk Motor Show.

Secure customer parking is provided in 6 500 parking bays, many of which are undercover. Canal Walk is open daily until 9pm.
