This loft studio is 70m from the beach and is close to public transport, restaurants, shops and the Koeberg Nature Reserve. Wake up to the sound of the sea, beautiful views of Cape Town's Table Mountain and enjoy private access to the beach.
Self Catering Accommodation
The double story space has its own separate entrance and parking bay. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor, with the loft room (a bedroom, bathroom and toilet) on the first floor.
The studio has DStv, free Wi-Fi, gas braai facilities and a balcony area with sea views. Linen is changed for every new tenant or once a week, whichever comes first.
Guests can access the beach from the back of the property and the West Coast is famous for its kite surfing and windsurfing conditions.
Location
Melkbos is a very safe neighbourhood, with a warm and friendly community and wonderful local restaurants. Prepare to unwind.
