The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, oven, stove, microwave as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and tea and coffee making facilities with all utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware provided.
The lounge and dining area has seating arrangements and a a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, a DVD Player and a dining table.
The unit has one designated parking bay, with security and an elevator. The apartment block has a communal swimming pool situated on the first floor.
