The double bedrooms have separate entrance from the gardens, making them totally private. Blue Mountain is close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops, the Virgin Active Health Club, Planet Fitness and two superb golf courses. We are only a 15 minute drive to the city centre and the V&A Waterfront, and only 10 minutes from the well-known Canal Walk shopping centre and the Ratanga Junction theme park. Blue Mountain is also a great starting point for exploring the Cape West Coast region and the Cape wine routes.

I first visited Blue Mountain guesthouse in 2011 and returned two years later. I was very impressed with my first visit, their attention to detail whilst simultaneously appearing so relaxed is inspiring. I didn't expect the warmth of the welcome on my second visit; Deanna and Terry must have fantastic memories or brilliant record keeping. They even remembered during my first visit my Dad who wasn't with me was ill and the first thing they asked, after I was settled in, was about his health. They have that knack of making you part of their extended guest family and giving you all the privacy you need. A very hard balance to find, but they do. Added to which they are incredibly knowledagable about inner city Cape Town, the surrounding Cape area and for the more adventurous they are very encouraging about exploring the Cedar monutains and north of Western Cape, womnderfully wild and almost untouched by tourists. I can't wait until I visit again in 2015.
