Portico 704 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom offers its guests a double bed with an en-suite bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, and basin whereas the second bedroom offers two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom including the same features as the en-suite. Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors allowing access to the balcony as well as providing an abundance of natural light and fresh air to enter the room. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.

The open-plan living space exudes relaxation, offering a fully equipped kitchen with all the culinary essentials, a dining area that comfortably seats four people, and cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV where you can kick up your feet and switch off from the day-to-day stresses.

Leading out from the lounge, through glass sliding doors is a gorgeous undercover balcony with outdoor furniture where you can sit for hours taking in the fresh sea breeze and breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the long stretch of majestic beaches.

You will find several malls all a short driving distance away and if you feel the need to venture out further there are attractions such as the iconic Table Mountain, The V&A Waterfront, museums and so much more all about 20-30 minutes away.
