Bloukrans River Bridge, Garden Route
Bungi jump the highest commercial bungi jump in the world! The Bloukrans Bungi Jump surpasses the position previously held by the Victoria Falls as the 'highest bungi in the world".
The Bloukrans bridge is 216 m high, the jump is approximately 160 metres. You jump from the arch support of the bridge. A unique pendulum bungi system ensures the longest and smoothest ride in the world. Access to the jump point on the top of the arch is via a specially designed walkway underneath the road deck. The walkway is also 216 m long, offering breathtaking views and an inspiring experience in itself.
The Bloukrans Bridge is situated in the heart of the Garden Route, only 40 km from Plettenberg Bay in the Tsitsikamma forest area. This jump is operated by Face Adrenaline who are on the bridge every day. With more than 10 years of experience in bungi jumping development and rigorous adherence to safety standards, they ensure that you are always in a safe, professional and controlled environment.
