With 180 degree sea views along with a view of the rocky beach and crashing waves, The Sea View Apartment offers Hermanus self catering just a mere 50m from the Estate's Private Beach. The enclosed secure estate is centrally located only 3km outside of Hermanus Town Central.

Self Catering Accommodation

Walking into The Sea View Apartment the spectacular sea view is the first to catch your eye and is visible from every room in the apartment. Fall asleep to the sound of the soothing waves on a comfy hotel standard Queen-size mattress with luxury white linens. An electric blanket and heater are provided for cosy winter months.

Drink your morning coffee in bed with a sea view of the crashing waves and open the sliding door out onto the balcony to enjoy the fresh salty air. There is ample cupboard space, a dresser and hairdryer as well as an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a mountain view out the window and offers a bath/shower, basin, toilet and white fluffy towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern crockery, glassware, pots, pans and cutlery. There is a full size electric oven, four plate electric hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Basic supplies provided include coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. A view of the crashing waves can be seen whilst preparing your meals and they can be enjoyed seated on two comfy stools or dined out on the balcony to take in the fresh salty air.

The lounge invites you to put your feet up and get comfy on a soft three seater leisure couch! A 43 inch flat screen TV offers DStv / satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi is also available.. A heater and fluffy blankets will keep you snuggled and toasty in the winter months whilst you enjoy the beautiful sea view from the window. A rechargeable torch light and candles are provided along with a recommendation file for restaurants and activities.

Step through the sliding door and onto the open balcony to feel that sea breeze. Patio furniture as well as a Weber braai / BBQ is everything you need for a festive or romantic evening under the stars.

The Estate

Take that sun downer in hand for a stroll along the Estate's Private Rocky Beach Trails. Watch the magnificent sunrise and sunsets from this private beach 50m from the apartment or watch from the comfort of your own balcony! Whales can often be seen frolicking in the bay from the Estate itself so you'll be in for a treat during the season (June – November).

The Estate is enclosed and safe with 24 hour security and free private parking is allocated to you. The Estate offers a salt water rock pool and kids splash pool, clubhouse, squash courts and coin payable laundry facilities. The Estate is centrally located only 3km from Hermanus Town Centre and the apartment has everything you need for the perfect Hermanus getaway!
